Release of Information:  We reserve the right to provide your personal information to the police or any investigative agencies to assist them in the investigations of any suspected violations of the law.  We reserve the right to use your contact information to collect for services or to share information with our attorneys in the event of serious violations of conduct.

Content Submitted:  Any information submitted to Reunitus, LLC or our website must be deemed appropriate in content and subject matter.  Content deemed inappropriate includes, but is not limited to, offensive, pornographic, violent, demeaning, copyrighted or libelous material.  Reunitus, LLC reserves the right to remove any inappropriate material.

Image Release Consent:  Reunitus, LLC reserves the right to use any media (photos, videos and/or audio recordings) from reunion events for its own purposes (i.e. archival, marketing and/or promotional use).  Media from the reunion may also be posted on third party websites.  Your attendance at the reunion serves as your implicit consent for release of this media.  Reunitus, LLC will not seek any additional permission or notification will not be requested/provided.

Code of Conduct:  Disorderly, drunken, destructive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated at any reunion events.  Reunitus, LLC and/or its contracted venues reserve the right to expel any attendee who violates this code.

Refund Policy:  All refunds must be requested no later than 4 weeks prior to the reunion event.  All refunds will incur a processing fee equal to 50% of the purchase price.  All refunds should be requested via mail, fax or email.  Email refund requests should be sent to info@reunitus.com.  If you originally paid by credit card, the credit card fees paid by Reunitus, LLC for the original transaction will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to the processing fee.
