Reunitus, LLC is a full-service event planning service specializing in planning and facilitating high school reunions. 

In order to locate and contact alumni while planning reunion events, Reunitus, LLC collects personal data on high school classmates.  Information is collected from a variety of sources including (but not limited to) the classmates themselves, family, friends, public records and databases.  Reunitus, LLC is committed to keeping your personal information secure and private; we will not sell or rent your information to any third party without your consent.

To assist us in maintaining the integrity of your data, we ask that you read and comply with all practices described in this Privacy Policy.  We consider your use of our services and this website to be your acceptance of those terms.  If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of this site.

Our SSL certificate keeps information secure by encrypting information as it travels through networks.  Reunitus, LLC takes all reasonable precautions to maintain the highest level of security; however, no manner of data security or encryption is guaranteed to be 100% safe.  Reunitus, LLC is not responsible for any breach of security out of our direct control nor are we responsible for the actions of any third parties that may obtain such information.

Reunitus, LLC uses your personal information only for activities directly related to the event(s) that we are planning.  We use your personal information to announce and/or solicit reunion information, alumni directories, reunion favors and manage reunion events.  All personal information will be published in the alumni directory UNLESS you request your information to remain private.

Reunitus, LLC only shares your personal information with third-party vendors when we believe sharing that information to be 1) necessary to offering our services (i.e. processing credit cards); 2) legally required for the safety of this website and/or its users; 3) in a business transfer and/or 4) when permitted by you.  Upon special request, Reunitus, LLC may share your information with your alma mater and/or alumni organization. 

Reunitus, LLC uses “cookies” to gather information about its users visits to our site.  Non-identifiable information may be used: 1) to provide our partners with data to help us serve our customers more effectively; 2) to determine which pages you visit and in what order you visit them.  We use this information to determine our strengths and weaknesses in an ongoing effort to improve our services.
