  • Can I find out who will be in attendance at my reunion?

    Because so many people wait until the last minute to register for the reunion or even choose to pay at the door, we never have a complete RSVP list until the reunion is well underway. For this reason, our policy is to not distribute this list prior to the event.

  • What does my ticket price include?

    Your ticket price includes food, entertainment, a laminated photo name badge (unless your committee specifically requests another type) and most importantly a central place to see all those classmates you’ve lost touch with over the years. In addition, your ticket price covers many behind-the-scenes costs like searching for classmates, printing and postage, phone calls and the reunion website. It also covers facility fees, decorations at the event and staff at each reunion event. This is so your reunion committee can enjoy the party along with you!

  • May I order a class directory/memory book after the reunion?

    Sure! You may order a print reunion directory or E-Book directory at any time prior to or after your reunion. These directories will available and delivered 2-3 following your reunion date and will be sent to you directly by either email or mail.

  • My class reunion is not listed on this site – what can I do?

    First, look back in your yearbook to see who the class officers were and try to get in touch with them to see if they are planning a reunion. If they are not, give us their contact information and we’ll be glad to give them a call! Or, pass along our contact information to them. We would love to help you out even if it’s getting close to the time of the event! You might also try calling your high school to see if they have been notified of any plans. You could also check several places on the web like www.reunions.com, www.classmates.com, www.reunion.com, www.reunionannouncments.com and www.smartreunions.com.

  • How far in advance should we begin planning the reunion?

    It is ideal to begin planning at least one year prior to the desired reunion date. However, even if it’s just around the corner, give us a call – we can help!

  • How much money does the reunion committee have to come up with?

    None! We ask only that you purchase reservations to each reunion event for you and any guest you bring.

  • When we hire Reunitus, how do you get paid?

    We work solely on speculation and estimation. This means that we total up the costs that will be incurred for your event and divide that by the estimated attendance number. This results in the ticket price that we ask each classmate and guest to pay. All prices are based per person. This means that everyone bears the cost of the reunion equally, not just the reunion committee. We bear the financial risk - not you!

  • We have a large committee and everyone wants to be involved. How would you accommodate us?

    We want everyone to be involved that wants to be. However, to keep communication flowing smoothly, we ask that you choose 2 reunion representatives from your large committee to be the liaisons with us. It will definitely be a benefit to have more people involved when it comes time to encourage attendance and gather memorabilia items, etc.

  • No one else has volunteered to help me plan my reunion. How should I proceed?

    Call us! We will be glad to help. With our assistance, you can pull this off with no problem!

  • I am out of town. Can Reunitus still assist with the planning of my class reunion?

    Yes! Our services would be most beneficial for you. We can handle all the details here while you are away.

  • How do you find our classmates?

    • First, we ask that the committee provide as much information as possible. Such as: married names of female students, last known addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, parents’ names, parents’ last known addresses and parents’ phone numbers. Even information like, “I think her family moved to Atlanta right after graduation.” is very helpful, so please send us whatever you can.
    • Secondly, we use this information to search through several national people locator databases to which we subscribe in order to find their most likely current address. If a piece of mail that we send is returned from that address, we keep looking – right up until the time of your reunion.

  • How many mailers do you send?

    We like to get out all of the registration information and event details to your classmates as soon as possible to help spread the word and create excitement about your reunion. We send a Registration invitation with a "Save the Date" flyer together to announce the reunion. We will continue to do this as we continue to locate missing classmates up until your reunion. Lastly, we will send out a "Time is Running Out!" notice to remind classmates that have not yet registered to do so. We are mailing these almost everyday as people update their address or as we find classmates. Classmates now also have the option to "Go Green".Your classmates can opt to only receive email notifications and updates about the reunion details when they contact us, update their contact information or register to attend the reunion online simply by a click of the mouse. What a great way to save paper and time!

  • What is the most desired reunion timeline?

    6 to 12 months prior to reunion Committee - Sign contract, decide upon event specifics and date for the reunion, sign worksheet and ticket price addendum to finalize these details. Reunitus - Book desired venues, book desired entertainment, book all desired vendors (if applicable), pay all deposits, perform classmate searches, send registration invitations. 3 to 6 months prior to reunion Committee - Network, help spread the word and details for your reunion….help create excitement! Reunitus - Continue to locate missing classmates, receive and update classmate data and registrations. 1 to 3 months prior to reunion Committee - contact all undecided classmates by information provided by Reunitus and encourage attendance, finalize menu choices, gather memorabilia to display at the reunion. Reunitus - send reminder notices and continue to update incoming registrations and data forms daily while updating addresses and locating last missing classmates, if any.

  • What if I am getting a late start and don’t fit into this desired timeline?

    No problem, just give us a call and we will help you out anyway we can. You might be surprised by what we can do together in a short period of time!
